Copyright and Plagiarism Prevention Policy

Preamble

This policy aims to affirm Art Impact's commitment to the protection of intellectual property rights in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and applicable international treaties, such as the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works. .

Article 1: Scope of Application

This policy applies to all original works of art available on the Art Impact website, including but not limited to text, images, illustrations, software, databases, sound recordings, and audiovisual works.

Article 2: Ownership of Rights

The above works are protected by copyright and/or used under license granted by the rights holders. The ownership of the rights is clearly indicated on the works concerned and any presumption of waiver of these rights is expressly excluded.

Article 3: Authorized Use

Users of the site are authorized to use the works for private use, to the exclusion of any making available to the public or any use for commercial purposes, except with prior written authorization from the manager of the site. Eboxite or relevant rights holders.

Article 4: Prohibition of Counterfeiting

It is prohibited to carry out any reproduction, representation or distribution of works in violation of the rights conferred on their authors or rights holders. Counterfeiting is subject to civil and criminal penalties provided for by law.

Article 5: Notification of Copyright Infringement

Any person or entity wishing to report suspected copyright infringement must submit a written notification to eboxite@gmail.com, including the following:

Article 6: Procedure in the event of Plagiarism

In the event of receipt of a notification complying with the requirements of Article 5, Eboxite will ensure that the procedures for examining the complaint are accelerated and, where applicable, will insist on the removal of the contentious content from the site. An internal investigation may be initiated and appropriate sanctions taken against any internal or external person found guilty of plagiarism.

Article 7: Modification of the Policy

Eboxite reserves the right to modify this policy at any time in order to adapt it to legal and jurisprudential developments, as well as to best practices in terms of copyright protection.
